Help : Subscription

To pick a subscription after your free trial has expired or to upgrade from a free subscription:

1. In left navigation menu, selectthen

2. This will take you to a page detailing what subscription package you are on, the monthly charge, when the next payment is due under expiry date and the features of that package.

3. To change the subscription package, clickPurchase Subscription

4. Select which package you desire using theSelectbutton.

5. If you have chosen the wrong package then you can click theAlternativesbutton to re-choose, otherwise enter your card details.

To upgrade, downgrade, change card details or cancel subscription:

1. In left navigation menu, selectthen

2. This will take you to a page detailing what subscription package you are on, the monthly charge, when the next payment is due under expiry date and the features of that package.

3. To change the subscription package, clickChange Subscription

4. Click theSwitchbutton to change to that subscription package.

5. To change the card details that the subscription uses, clickChange Payment Method

6. Enter your new card details and these will be used on you next payment date.

7. To cancel a subscription, clickCancel Subscription

8. If you do want to cancel, clickYes, Cancel
