Changing Your Password

Only you can change your password, to do so:
1. In left navigation menu, select
Settings
2. Clickon the right.
3. Enter your current password, your new password and your new password again to confirm it.
4. Clickto save your new password.
NB: Passwords must be at least 8 characters long, having at least 1 upper case letter, 1 lower case letter, number and special symbol.

Changing Your Email Settings

To change what type of emails you receive:
1. In left navigation menu, select
Settings
2. Under 'Email Settings' there are 2 check boxes and these will represent the options made at sign up (or most recent email setting change).
3. Clickwhen done.
NB: If you untick ‘Please send me email notifications about deadlines’ then you will lose some of the benefit of the site.

Set Multi-Factor Authentication

This is an organisation wide setting. If it is enabled then the user will receive a token via their email which they will have to enter each time logging in.
1. In left navigation menu, select
Admin
then
My Organisation
2. At the bottom of the screen tick of untick the ‘Multi-Factor Authentication Enabled’ option.
3. Clickwhen done.

Set Bank Holidays

This is an organisation wide setting. This will take into account the bank holidays when calculating the deadline dates and if activated then none of the deadline reminders will fall on bank holidays, ensuring that you always have the weekends and bank holidays clear of deadline dates.
1. In left navigation menu, select
Admin
then
My Organisation
2. Under ‘COUNTRY’ either select NONE or the corresponding country where your organisation is working.
3. Clickwhen done.
